These terms apply to the BusPe website (buspe.app) and the BusPe Android app. By using either, you agree to them.
What BusPe is
BusPe is a free information service for Delhi’s public buses. It shows routes, stops, fares and live bus positions from the Government of NCT of Delhi’s Open Transit Data platform. BusPe is independent and is not operated by, affiliated with or endorsed by DTC, DIMTS or the Delhi Government. BusPe does not sell tickets.
The data may be wrong
- Routes, stops, fares and positions come from government feeds we do not control. They can be late, incomplete or wrong.
- Diversions, cancellations and fare changes may not appear.
- Do not rely only on BusPe for time-critical travel such as flights, exams or appointments. Leave extra time.
Your account (app)
- Signing in is optional. Keep access to your email or Google account secure.
- You can delete your account at any time; see the account deletion page.
- Usernames and profile photos must not be offensive, impersonate anyone or break the law.
Acceptable use
Do not:
- use BusPe to harass or harm others;
- try to disrupt, overload or break into BusPe’s servers;
- scrape or bulk-download data from BusPe (the underlying transit data is available directly from the Open Transit Data platform);
- send false or abusive feedback.
Advertising
BusPe shows ads from Google to stay free. See the privacy policy for how ads use data and how to limit personalised ads.
Ownership
The BusPe name, logo, design and text are ours. Transit data belongs to its publishers and is used under the terms of the Open Transit Data platform. Map tiles and map data are credited on each map.
Liability
BusPe is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using BusPe, including missed buses or connections.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi have jurisdiction.
