BusPe is a free, civic-engineered public transit navigation companion. BusPe utilizes open transit data feeds published by municipal transit agencies. BusPe is an independent entity and is not an agency, representative, affiliate, or official portal of DTC, DIMTS, BEST, BMTC, DMRC, or any state or central government department.
All vehicle GPS positions, arrival times, timetables, and route paths originate from third-party government feeds. Real-world conditions including road closures, VIP motorcades, mechanical breakdowns, and server outages may cause variances.
Never rely solely on automated transit estimates for time-critical engagements (e.g. university entrance exams, international flight departures, hospital surgeries). Always factor appropriate transit buffers.
Calculated fares (such as DTC AC/Non-AC slabs, One Delhi discounts, or Pink Ticket guidelines) are provided for commuter estimation only. The actual ticket issued on-board by the bus conductor or validated via official government ticketing terminals remains legally binding.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, BusPe, its developers, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from missed trips, route diversions, or reliance on information presented through the platform.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
