These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BusPe mobile application ("BusPe", "we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using BusPe, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. What BusPe is

BusPe is a free companion app that shows live bus positions, route information and journey planning for Delhi's public transit, using Delhi's official Open Transit Data (OTD) feeds. BusPe is an independent app and is not operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by DTC, DIMTS, or the Government of Delhi.

2. No guarantee of accuracy

Bus positions, arrival estimates, routes and schedules come from third-party government data feeds that BusPe does not control. They can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong.
Do not rely solely on BusPe for time-critical travel (flights, exams, appointments). Always allow buffer time and use your own judgement.
We are not liable for missed buses, missed stops, or any loss arising from reliance on information shown in the app.

3. Your account

BusPe creates an anonymous device account automatically. Linking an email, phone number or Google account is optional.
You're responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method secure.
You must be old enough under your local law to use apps that collect location data. BusPe is not directed at children under 13.
You can delete your account at any time — see our account deletion page.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use BusPe to harass, impersonate, or harm others.
Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer BusPe's servers or feeds.
Submit false, abusive, or spam feedback reports.
Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-extract data from the app.

5. BusPe Points & rewards

BusPe Points are an optional in-app loyalty perk earned through games and activity. They are not currency, have no cash value, and cannot be purchased, sold, or transferred.
Points may be redeemable for non-cash rewards (vouchers or gifts) at our discretion, where such a rewards store is available in the app.
We may adjust, cap, or reset points balances to prevent abuse, in line with applicable Indian gaming regulations.

6. Advertising

BusPe shows ads served by Google AdMob to keep the app free. See our Privacy Policy for how ad identifiers are used.

7. Intellectual property

The BusPe name, logo, and app design are owned by us. Route and stop data is sourced from Delhi's Open Transit Data platform under its terms of use. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute BusPe's app or design.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using BusPe and delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

BusPe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including missed travel connections.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of BusPe after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
