Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your BusPe account and all associated data at any time.

Option 1 — In the app (instant)

Open BusPe and go to the Profile tab.
Tap Settings.
Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately — no waiting period.

Option 2 — By email

Don't have the app installed anymore? Email hello@buspe.app from the address linked to your account (or include your BusPe username) and we'll delete your data within a reasonable time, and confirm once it's done.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in details (email/phone/Google link)
Your profile, display name, username and profile photo
Saved buses, stop alarms and preferences
Trip history and check-ins
Game points, progress and leaderboard entries
